[CQ] SEF multiple line appeared on the print C450

what is the cause of appearing multiple line(parallel with eachother) on only SEF but not appeared on LEF?
please guide me about troubleshooting this problem
my IU is new

Not sure what you mean by SEF and LEF? Also what color are these lines? Are they in the feed direction, if so maybe you need a new transfer belt ?

SEF is abbrevation of Short First Edge( A4)(landscape) and LEF is the Long Edge first(portrait)
the color of these perpendicular lines is white
I print in tray 1,2
please help me?
