    [CQ] C#5 Blank copies

    I have a c35 with no image at all in print or copy cant print out and test pages etc,doesnt seem to be any image on belt or drums and NO error codes,any ideas?

        Not to familiar with the C35, but all other newer color MFPs have an initial check (stabalization), an image is written to the x-fer belt and looked at to determine registration, density ect. If your MFP can pass the initialzation process then you've lost 2 nd xfer. When you say "Seems to be" , did you pull the belt out in the middle of a skyshot and look to see if image was present?           yes i did nothing whatsoever on transfer belt during the middle of a skyshot

            These machines have a LOT of bugs, and firmware fixes just about all of them. Till more bugs are discovered.

            Its almost always firmware relaited or the mfp board.

            As far as KM small machines are concerned, the best advice i can give is "buy a HP"

              well we just put the latest firmware available in it both engine and controller ......same as before

                I think you may well have a board failure issue or corrupt NVRAM

                  ok we got this machine fixed it ended up being the high voltage unit part #
