I would try the prcb, had that same issue and the printer control board was the fault.

Try cleaning all 4 ph glasses with its cleaner, if its still the same do gradation adjust in the service mode and replace image transfer roller. I suggest you do gradation adjustment before replacing the image transfer roller. If you replaced
PH then check if its positioned properly in to its place.

It comes in all imaging unit, then it must be a transfer belt issue,cleaning problem,or waste toner is full and also check the second transfer,take printout open the side door while the print is going check the image on the paper and remove the transfer belt and see how is it if the same formation is there then the transfer belt is problem
