    Bizhub 250 scan rotation problem

    Hi all,
i've a bizhub 250 (with fax option). When i try to scan, i insert the original on the radf in vertical mode (long margin in the main scan direction, short margin parallel to the machine front's panel).
In the file i receive the page is rotated 90 degrees, no matter of the settings made on the machine (rotation, page size and so on...)
Also, can anyone tell me what TSI is for?
    Thanks a lot

This model you can only scan "landscape" as opposed to "portrait"....unfortunately there's nothing you can do about it
Tip for the day; Treat every problem as your dog would.....If you cant eat it or f*ck it....then p*ss on it & walk away...

"King" is correct, although you can scan the image potrait, it will show up 90 degrees out. If you want the imae as "portrait" you must scan through in landscape direction. There was a blurb about "mixed originals" turned on that would affect "auto rotation". EMujo
