    Konica Minolta bizhub c351 with fiery ic-402 - cable type?

    Hello All,

    I have a KM C351 with fiery. When I directly connect the copier byapssing fiery it works fine.
    The firey controller has one cable (SCSI type interface connector) but missing other cable (ethernet cable?).
    I tried to use the ethernet cable, but the copier is not recognizing the fiery.
    I am not sure what type of cable it is. I have a cable crimp I can make one, but not exactly sure what type it is. Is it a crossover cable?
    Checked the service manual no use. Any help here is very much appreciated.

      yes, crossover. when fiery is connected do you get the info icon on the screen? Are you setting the controler type correctly to use the fiery?

          Thank you Albonline for the reply. I will try with the crossover cable. How can I set up the controller type?

              download the ic 402 install manual from kmbs
