[CQ] c220 no adding black toner

hi,
i m facing problem in c220, light copy comes during printing & copying in black, color is fine
i replaced black dev unit, clutch also, anyone knows about toner supply unit problem

couple things ive seen/heard of,


for me, it was the black toner cartrige needing a f-ing good shake. (removed and replaced with the main power switch turned off)

this toner seems to not flow well and ends up settling at the back of the bottle and then an air pocket develops at the front and no toner ever exits when rotating untill the bottle is shaken..

The other thing,

Theres also a scraper mylar in the toner subhopper for the toner level sensor that when dislodged will keep the machine thinking there is adequate toner in the hopper when infact theres none...
