Hello,I just bought a KM C500 copier and I'm trying to print a file on a sra3 media. I selected the type of the media in preferences as to be sra3 and in CorelDW I entered a custom layout (320x450).When I press print, my copier says to me To Load A4 paper, and if I select the bypass tray or any other tray I print's half of my image. Like it was zoomed on a corner. Can you help me please?

Re: KM C500 SRA3 Print Issue
For the info on how to print, see the user manual. You can find it with Google.
From the user guide for C500:
STD size: 13”x19”, 12”x18”, 11”x17”, 8.5”x14”, 8.5”x11”,
8.5”x11”R, 5.5”x8.5”R, A3, B4, A4, B5, B5R
STD (special):
Detects A4R instead of 8.5”x11”R, A5R instead of
5.5”x8.5”R.
Non STD size:
Max. 13” x 19.2” (330 mm x 487 mm) ~ Min. 5.51” x
8.27” (140 mm x 210 mm)
Wide size: 11”x17”W, 8.5”x11”W, 8.5”x11”RW,
5.5”x8.5”RW, A3W, B4W, A4W, A4RW, B5W, B5RWLast edited by serginho_vl; 04-04-2012, 01:38 PM.Comment

Re: KM C500 SRA3 Print Issue
Yeah, it should fit.
The largest size I ever printed was A3wide (on office machines - not on production printers).
The problem is to make the copier to recognize that size - either you use one of the sizes it knows (and SRA3 isn't one) or you make a custom size.
Try and make a custom size from copier control panel.Comment
