Biz 283 "exceeding memory when printing"

Hi

i've got a customer who says that when he sends large files to be printed on his Biz 283 that, he is "getting a situation where the printers memory is exceeded"...my question is, would adding an HDD make any difference

We had a customer say that he printed large files.....15 pages was large to him. It was the print driver. They were using a vps or xps. Changed it to the pcl and no problems after. Might be worth checking.
