Biz C280 printing from different trays

someone please tell me i'm not losing it....i've got a customer who is printing to a C280, she changed some settings on her m/c & is now not printing correctly, before she changed them ( she cant remember what) her copier would print page 1 onto headed paper from tray 2, then the subsequent pages onto plain paper from tray 3, apparently since she changed the settings all pages are being printed on headed paper. Surely this is a network/pc/server setting...not a setting on the copier

Settings can be made in driver or in application...Customer not using office by any chance to print from? Page settings in there will overrule paper source settings from the driver settings...In the driver itself you will have to change settings in cover mode or settings per page to use different paper sources per job.

thats what i thought, apparently they use a bespoke application called "Electra", i've passed it to their IT to sort...
