    KM Bizhub Fax and finisher problem

    KM Bizhub C352 Fax and finisher problem


    They can send faxes, but can't receive
    I got this message and error codes
    "Message deleted due to an error"
    R09
    R25
    R27


    Finisher is working fine when copying but
    when faxing the trays goes all the way up
    and trown a service code C1183.


    the guides for the trays are new and both
    trays activate the lift sensor when they move
    up or down.


    Any help is welcome

      check to make sure the hard drive is installed and set (Tech Rep mode, under System 2, set the HDD to Installed.) that is most likely the fax error cause....

      Check your upper limit sensor, if its' good, check your firmware, this firmware can fix some timing issues. Firmware version 07 (9J08-F050-G00-07-000 CHECKSUM-6881 Finisher.EXE) is for the bizhub C300/C352/C352P.

      Please install bizhub C352/C352P Special Firmware version GWB-K0. This firmware resolves the issue of C-1183 when FS-514 is attached.

              When the fax doesn't work on a Konica the first thing I ALWAYS check is the marketing area in tech mode. I usually find that it was never set to US and is still in JP.
              Color is not 4 times harder... it's 65,000 times harder. They call it "TECH MODE" for a reason. I have manual's and firmware for ya, course... you are going to have to earn it.

                  ECM signals are incorrect and I always disable the ECM mode technique submenu fax.

                  c1183 error is caused by a sensor limit Tray got up and I recommend doing all of the 502 FW and also fax to the latest versions

                      Marketing area is US
                      ECM is disable


                      The machine doesn't have a hard drive,
                      I'll install it and verify the firmware version

                          Thanks Guys
                          I installed the Hard drive and set to installed, that fixed the Fax issue.

                          The finisher still not working. the upper limit sensor signal is fine,
                          somebody willing to share the latest firmware for Bizhub C352?
