[Dead] C5501 just says maching is warming up

can someone help me the unit just stays on and says WARMING UP it will last for ever i tune off the unit wait back on and will happen again

"Engine is heating" is displayed.






Cause
Inside the fuser roller there are fixing lamps that heat up the fuser. Probably one of the 3 wires is defect inside the fixing lamp of the upper fuser roller.


Resolution
Check all heater wires into the upper heater roller and also the one inside the lower heater roller.
Measure them if there is no electrical shortcut.
When one of the 3 wires inside the fixing lamp is broken replace the complete fixing lamp.
