    Konica c352 tray selection

    I was wondering if anyone knew if it was possible to set tray3 (pc-103) on the Konica C352 to thick 2 or 3? I am trying to put card through the machine but everytime tray 1 is used (new rollers and set to thick 3) it jams every 5/6 pages. All pages go through bypass ok but i have to refill every 5 minutes as it does not hold enough card. If anyone knows if i can do this i would be very much appreciate it.

      I believe that only bypass and upper cassette can be enabled to use differents ticks on that model..Try changing the orientation of the card to make it longer, if you can..
      ... In the minute that you're thinking of giving up, think about why you lasted so long ...

          Just out of curiosity, is this cardstock within machine specs? If you don't know or don't have good specs on the paper see here:

          If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
          1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
          2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
          3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
          4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
          5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

              Get someone in to fix Tray 1.

              You can't set lower drawers (Tray 2, 3 and 4) to use thicker paper.
              Please don't ask me for firmware or service manuals as refusal often offends.
