[Misc] Konica 7145 copy quality issue,

hI,
Good day, i have 3 units of Konica 7145 that has the same problem, Is anybody out there who can help me please, The problem is, if i will put my original document on the gLASS pLATTEN, the copy has dark scratches on it, but if i will put my original documents through the automatic document feeder, the copy quality is very, very good, there is no scratches on it, and it is very clean, Please help.

is it me...or is the very obvious answer.....you have either marks or scratches on your platen glass....if you cant find them....PLEASE....call a tech

Hi sir,
Thank you very much for your wonderful advice, i tried my best to clean all the glass and the mirrors, but remember, i have 3 machines that has the same problem.

where are you located? i have many parts and service those dinosaurs on a daily basis
