gradation problems in service mode

When we run gradations in tech rep mode the yellow numbers never leave zero. Any ideas?

Are you getting "NG" when running it? bad colors what? New IU'S? New TransBelt, Clean the sensors? OR maybe you would like to tell us what you have done to resolve or cause the problem?

COntacts on yellow Iu may not be touching correctly.

Cleqned.everything. I swapped yellow iu and new one is better.

Something funky with other iu.
