Occur error code C-D506 after upgrade firmware

Hi, does anyone see this error code after upgrade machine firmware?

Tried to do trouble reset and unset harddisk, problem remain same..

Check for Hard Drive version up in Hard Drive settings.

Is bizhub 600..

I cant find version up in the service mode.. Any idea??

unset and unplug hdd. there is no version up on 600's, the most likely thing i would try is the firmware . where did you get the file? do you have cf cards that you could swap into this unit? try going down to base firmware and flashing it back up in stages.

Hi, thanks for the advise.. Manage to solve it by re flashing the firmware to latest one
