I've got a B421 it's about 2 years old and got 750K copies on. Drum live is at 13K and developer is at 50K. Suddenly it started to give me background only on double side prints/copies. Single side is absolutely clean. I have cleaned the corona units, adjusted dev bias, tranfer charges, grid voltages, well basically everything in the image processing section of tech rep settings. I even ran black copies to see if it wasn't overtoning, but no luck. It didn't made a difference.
Could anybody please assist me, or point me in a direction I havn't look before.
Would really appreciate it.
