    [CQ] Biz hub c500 with too much blue

    I have a c500 that i have cleaned and performed the color registration on and i cant get rid of a vary fine cyan tint a print of the sky that is supposd to be steel grey is coming out baby blue. after using the manual and before that some cleaning i dont know what to do about it. any advice or help would be awesome.

    So you've cleaned, great. How about replacing something? A good candidate might be the cyan developing unit or drum unit. =^..^=
    If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

      How did you calibrate it? I have found that the best way to calibrate it is with a spectrometer. When you do it off the glass, make sure all optics and mirrors are clean. I have found that the mirrors get a haze on them.

        Thank you for the input, the solution turned out to be not replacing parts ( they were swapped out about 3000 clicks ago) but downloaded an utility to calibrate the fiery with called command workstation to perform that calibration and after that all was well the unit is now printing beautifully.
