google e-mail intermittently gives forward tx error. bizhub c360 and 283. c451 on same network never errors. all smtp authentication settings are correct. the only differences between c451 and the other 2 is the c451 had equitrac installed at one time but has since been removed. all machines have valid certificates.

Google has a limited storage for email.
I have run into Daemon failures to google accounts that the mailbox was full.
Some people think it is a free offsite storage for files until they hit the limit.
Create your own gmail account for testing.Why do they call it common sense?

We set the size limit to 24 mg to test but single 1mg documents dont work also. and this is intermittent. We also have set up another account to test and same thing.Comment

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
