c250 fax and print trouble

Client is.complaining that they get a lot of faxes and if they try to print at the same time things are getting stuck in the Que. They then must delete jobs in Que to continue.Anyone ever seen that?ThanksKelly

Have you checked to see if it is fax jobs or print jobs that are getting stuck in the queue? If it is print jobs also check to see if there is a pattern. (coming from a specific program, coming from a specific computer etc...) If it is a fax job then also check for a pattern. (same fax number etc...) Troubleshooting is your friend. lol
