    C0094 on BizhubC35

    Hello,
    I have this error code C0094 for a BizhubC35. I red the troubleshooting and I have replaced the transfer belt already, but the Vertical Conveyance assembly is coming in 2 weeks. The customer is upset and can't wait 2 weeks. Who had the same issue maybe can give me some help.

      pull out the transfer unit and rotate the pressure gear on the back side of the unit.
      check to make sure the rollers under the transfer belt haven't popped out of place.
      I don't think you need any parts for this issue, just rotate the pressure gear.

              There is a TAD [TABT1200333EN00] out for this exact fault. You need to check this out. It is a problem with the secondary transfer not the actual transfer belt. You need a stronger torsion spring, check for burrs and change a further spring!

                  The problem is the flimsy cheap clutch in the transfer unit on the door that won't rotate and open the shutter over the IDC sensors.
                  I replaced the doors on three machines this past week for this exact problem.

                      Hey thanks speedy. I've got a half dozen of these in the field that I'll be watching. =^..^=
                      If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
                      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
                      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
                      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
                      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
                      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

                          I had one of these once, replaced the transfer roller and everything is fine and dandy. Seems like this problem has multiple causes and fixes...
