bizhub 1050 pro

Have a problem with a 1050, set it up for user codes it counts copies but not prints, when i print out the user code list with copy totals there are no counts for prints, is there a setting im missing ? never had to set user codes, thanks for any help

If it's like a lot of the other older Konica's with E.C.M mode, then it doesn't do codes for prints, only copies or the like.. No tracking for print jobs.. but others can chime in to confirm this!
