    Konica 7228 Scanning set up.

What is the easiest method for setting up network scan on this machine. It's a small office without a server. It has been network printing for years. Is there an SMB folder right on the copier? It's been awhile since I've done one of these. Any help would be appreciated.
    Thanks

    Set up scan to email.
    Machine doesn't support SMB scanning.
Why do they call it common sense?

If it were common, wouldn't everyone have it?

I know it's old but I prefer scan to ftp with this model as email doesnt support authentication and smb for this model has been (for me anyway) problematical of late!
It does do smb but I avoid it!

      Regards!

I thought it did to. I always struggle setting up the email thing. SMB always seemed easier to me. Less passwords and steps. I don't mind being enlightened.

I tried setting up this exact printer to do smb AND ftp. Couldn't get either to work. It wouldn't even hit the FTP server (try to log in), yet my cell phone on the same network was able to reach the FTP server just fine.
