one of our costomers machine c252 had a different problem.machine getting ready i.e. Ready to copy is coming.BUT AT START BUTTON GREEN LIGHT IS NOT COMING.only orange ring is coming .all trays are fulled with papers.but green ring is not coming around the start button.

kindly help me SIR.

Solution:
CAUSE: The PWB-SIF board has failed.

SOLUTION: Reseat all connectors on PWB-SIF. Replace PWB-SIF (p/n 4038-0123-03) as necessary.
