Bizhub c 220 showing error p 21 and the yellow colour giving half blank even after changing the yellow imaging unit and yellow drum, and after cleaning the PH unit and IDC sensor, has anyone seen such a problem

i'd swap the yellow ph unit with the one next to it & see what happens, but i'd suspect something blocking the ph unit

cant do that, c220/280/360 uses a one piece laser unit.

there have been issues with HV boards on this series machine too, more diagnosis and a print sample is required to make an educated guess.

PH Unit Glass Cleanning rod has come out from Cleanning mechanism. You can feel if rod is very loose compare to other three colors.
