No grief intended with the end-user comment, it's just that 99% of us on here are techs, we write and think as such. End-user level help and advice are found in the user manuals, whereas here we talk dip switches, NVRAM swaps and fuser rebuilds. A whole other level, and it's not particularly useful from an end-users point of view.
