    bizhub 500 jamming on duplex mode

    Hi i would like to ask if you have encountered this trouble. The machine is bizhub 500, when in duplex mode the paper jams in fusing unit and duplex. I have noticed that two paper stuck on fusing unit at the same time. See video (never mind the people talking in the background )

      there's been plenty of posts on this.....replace the clutches in the ADU
      Tip for the day; Treat every problem as your dog would.....If you cant eat it or f*ck it....then p*ss on it & walk away...

          Thanks for the reply Problem solved. But the output is kinda weird (see image) the back image is only half copy any idea? Thanks
