[Misc] IKON Konica Minolta Toner Assembly Conversion

We have customers wanting to convert their IKON CPP 650's (Konica Minolta C6500's) so they can get parts and service from us, an authorized Konica Minolta servicing dealer. Does anyone have any experience in this conversion? Is it just the toner assembly piece? Any advice on this please?

I think the firmware is different also.
