[CQ] c252 print background like net

there is a unbelievable problem in c250,i.e.total copy is good but thin design like fishing net back in color, is coming over all copy .it looks like thin background and like sand in desert ,waves design...
how can i solve it.i cleaned i.u of black. no change.
