    KM 452

Just switched on our KM452 after a little while with it idle and can't seem to get jobs across to it.

Picking it up on appletalk and on USB, whenever i send a job to the machine the blue data light flashes but nothing comes across the the que's.

    Any ideas..

So you have the basic network connection. Is the machine displaying any error conditions that would prevent it from printing? Anything from Add Toner, to Load A4 Paper, to C1183, can prevent printing. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

        If you're a tech:

        You can re-load firmware.
If that doesn't help, re-format the HDD, then reload movie data, and re-enter encryption code.

If you're not a tech, please call one. These tasks are not as easy as they sound. Once I had all the addressbook entries re-entered and working there was three hours into it, and I sort-of knew what I was doing. =^..^=
