    Heads up bizhub20 bug

Scan to LDAP dpi is stuck at 100. Almost illegible. Changes only available for email, FTP,smb and control center

Did you ever got scan>e-mail working on this gem? I never succeeded so customers are using scan>ftp which I prefer anyway.

Funny you mention, I pray for email setups, I can never get "network"(smb) to work.

FTP is nice except if they are laptops static ip is a problem.

Bottom line, they are solid mfps but network diagnostics are a joke

        Does this help?:

        =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
        1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
        2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
        3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
        4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
        5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Bizhub 20 and Bizhub C20 are two totally different animals.

          The BH20 is a re-tagged Brother MFP.

Sorry. I knew that. I just sent out a bizhub 20 to replace an Brother 8480. The customer went on and on about what a piece of crap the old one was. How long do you think it will take for them to discover that this is a close relative? =^..^=
