    Bizhub C351 Doc Feeder Inop

    Client said doc feeder quit working. When we went sure enough it would only copy off glass. We swapped entire doc feeder, same result. tried clearing errors with trouble reset, still no go.

    Any ideas?

      If an accessory is disappearing after waking up from sleep mode its usually an indication of a main power supply issue.

          You will probably find a fuse blown on PU-1... but something made it blow... Like a shorted ADF control Board.
