Solution

CAUSE: Binding or failed lift motor (M7).
SOLUTION: Check for binding in the lift motor assembly (p/n 9J07R70700) andreplace it if necessary.

Only on the (very old) C300 and C352, as listed in the 2014 cross reference pdf.
