    C451 exchange server settings?

    Does anyone have the manual for setting up microsoft exchange server for the c451 mail?

          I think he's talking about the settings on the exchange server to enable SMTP mail transmission, or to allow anonymous smtp relaying.

          I don't believe this is the job of a copier technician to configure, it should be done by the companies IT department for liability reasons no matter how good a tech thinks he is at it. If the machine does not work with the customers exchange server I wash my hands of it and hand ball it to their IT. I may at times guide them on how to set it up properly with the KM documentation, but I will never do it my self.

          Even when they start barking that "its the machines fault" a packet capture & a bill quickly shuts them up.
