bizhub PRO C6000 stapling problem

Hi,
we have bizhub PRO C6000L with booklet finisher FS-612.
Last few days we cannot use stapling option because staplers just touch the paper and not break through the set of paper.
We have changed the both stapling units but we didn't get any improvements.
Doe's anybody have similar problem?

Description:
FS-531/FS-612, stapling jam.
Solution:
CAUSE: Firmware bug.

SOLUTION: Please install attached special firmware version GC1-10 on the finisher.

Problem is obviously with staple position adjustment, so I made order for service Jig, and now I'm waiting.

Hello,dont know if you found the solution already but i had the same problem a year back or so,you could hear the staplers touching the paper but no stapling to be found.
All i did was enter the service mode found the the DIP SW for each stapler and made it punch manually 5-6 times(had the FS door open with an interlock while having 2-3 paper put in the stacker).After some failed attempts it started stapling again.

Jig for staplers position adjustment is solution for this problem. It is stapling again.
