C650 back grounding magenta

I have a BH C650 that is back grounding magenta on every copy. I have replaced the IU with no change. The whole page is magenta see the attachment. If anyone could help I would appreciate it.

What do the internal test prints for each color look like in the service mode?

black is fine but all other colors have the same back ground.

Check your values in Level History 2 and see if they are all in a similar range. If one is way off which would likely be the magenta value and you've replaced the IU, then you'll prolly look at replacing a board. If they all seem fine you are probably looking at a PH unit.

is there any warning sign on the touch screen i.e P8, P21....

i have this problem on C352, the problem is the ribbon cable from drive board to the main control board
faulty.

I was about to suggest checking the ribbons/cables. You might be looking at a board replacement though...

If all else fails replace HV.
