The only reason I'll mention this is maybe you can save a trip by phone fixing this one. The call is for Error 0094 or Error 0310.
0094 is secondary transfer shift, and 0310 is laser.
I found the fuser had been removed, then latched only at the front. The rear was hanging out by 3mm, preventing the right door from closing completely. The secondary transfer drive gears don't engage when the door isn't closed all the way. And the laser shutter does not open when the door isn't closed.
If it didn't error out, it would have jammed in the fuser every time, with no drive to the fuser.
