Help! C6500, c2720, constant!! Arrgh!

I've seen the prior posting on this and tried all of that (except the prcb which wasnt giving us trouble as it was intermittent).

Any help or thoughts? Help please!

(Changed 2nd transfer roller, intermediate transfer unit, hv/2 (twice!) no go! Further thoughts? (also checked firmware too)
