hi all,i have bh 163 and its showing error C0070

Toner bottle is wrong positioned or the motor toner group is bad working .

Check to make sure the correct toner is installed. I had exact same problem today, and the customer had stuck the wrong bottle in. The extra notches on the bottle were jamming in the bottle section.

it would be nice to know if the advice given was used to fix the problem.
I wish we could make it so you had to report back.
if it fixed the problem. great. we need to know. if it did not. let us give more advice.

error is toner supply bottle not stopping in home position,best fix is to change toner supply hopper, approx 150 euros.

the problem is probably because the client tried to twist the toner bottle,all you have to do is dis assamble toner hopper and you will find that the spring on the home position actuator is out of place.re insert in place.if you are unlucky you may find also a broken gear at the toner motor(but this is not normal)
