[Dead] c252 only hour glass

hello
every body ,my costomers c252 machine is displaying only hour glass,it staying like that for more than 30 minutes but not trensfering to next screen.
even i updated nvram,still same problem,cleaned two dimms contacts.but no change.

We have had a couple now with bad memory. Swapping the memory or just using 1 we were able to get to a "Ready" state. But still had to replace the memory.
