[Error Code] Konica 7020 F-28-3 error

I've got a Konica 7020 and when attempting to make a copy it has a f-28-3 error.
I've found a couple of posts about how to fix this issue, but I do not find them particularly clear.
If anyone is able to give me some advice about a potential solution it would be much appreciated.

My machine has done about 40 000 copies.

Check the HV casing for corrosion, check the insulators.. its on the left side door if im not mistaken.

first trasfer unit ,check or replace
2.hv block at side door +insulaters
3.arcing in the belly of conveyance(were the t.s. unit is placed)
4.charge unit
