    KMBS C280 throwing C5501 and C3921 codes

Ive got a KMBS C280 throwing a C5501 (AC signal abnormality) and C3921 (Fusing sensor wire breaks detection Heating side) codes. The C5501 can be cleared by powering off and on, then the C3921 will come back. The C3921 will clear after doing a system error clear, then the C5501 comes right back. Ive loaded the special engine FW to bypass the C5500, but the C3921 keeps coming back. Replaced the fuser, PRCB, and power supply. The front door interlock and right side interlock are both good. The machine has been moved to a different circiut as well. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

did you reset the fuser using trouble reset? use the utillity key or reset key, turn on machine wait for dot in screen touch trouble reset. turn off then back on
