bh 222 with broken mylay on developer unit.

Rear side mylar on mag roller keeps breaking. Happened on two units, about 45K each. I replaced transfer roller assembly and that did not help. The mylar breaks and damages drum. I saw someone post about collars or spacers. Does any one have a part number and instructions. I want to update these new units out of the box. KMBS never modified these developer units?

Konica Minolta has a kit with both rollers. The part # is A1UDR90100.
