    Status notification

    Has anybody else had problems on the C220/C360/C452/C652 MFPs, when set to email the customer when the toner etc is low, the customer is only getting a notification when the MFP has actually stopped working cos it's run out of toner, I've checked the settings on each m/c, but can't see any, i haven't gone in via the Pagescope, yet, going to check they've all got the latest firmware...tbh...didn't believe the customers until happened when i was onsite today...have been told by a few customers...but so many have said they hadn't noticed the warning on the display..thought they hadn't seen the emails either...also checked the customers junk mail folder...just in case
