    C351 Jam Secondary Transfer ?

    Client says machine jams. Of course, never when I am there! When I check jam codes it always shows SECONDARY TRANSFER jam. Why would that jam?

      Maybe a worn transfer roller? Had one a couple of years ago that caused J30 jams!

          exit sensors and turnover sensors can cause this. are they duplexing?
