    Bizhub C360

    Got a bizhub C360, no finisher attached but displaying messages 1) Z - fold cannot be used currently, 2) Hole punch cannot be used currently, 3) Only black and white printing is now possible. Need assist in having this warning messages removed from display panel.

      Two places to check:
      1) in Utility/Counter > check the Consumable List to see if the color developer units are due for replacement
      2) in service mode check System 2 > option board installation > set or unset (it sounds like someone enabled a bunch of options that are not installed).

      If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

              Thanks, changed all deve units and the "print black and white only is possible" is gone. In the service mode Syst 2 does not have option boards for finisher. Even no related funtions to set in Sys 1, problem unit isolation section as in the c224's.

                  Goto the trouble isolation menu in service mode and correct the settings as required.

                  If it's not this, it may have a failed PRCB or corrupt NVRAM,

                  I would hope the machine is running the latest firmware.
