I havent come across this error code before but this is what it says in the manual.

Communication
abnormality

C-5003 Conveyance drive board (CDB)
24VDC abnormality.
Abnormality signal of 24VDC for
CVD was detected.
DC power unit/2 (DCPS/2)
Conveyance drive board
(CDB)

Have you changed any boards or had any boards out, as i would check all connectors are plugged in.

I pulled out the fuser unit and start with door open. i receive C-2221!!!!

It appears you have an issue with the 24v line. Check you are getting 24v output from the DC power supply. Check you are getting 24v output from PRCB. Check ICP's on PRCB and CDB. Try running motors in I/O mode
