    bizhub c452, trouble code c-2160

    Hi All,

    i had L1, L2, L3 & L4 Trouble Code. But i continued using the machine, now i have Trouble Code c-2160.

    please help how to clear this one.

      c2160 one or more iu's have charge leak. change iu's.
      l1-4 is iu's over life limit change iu's
      And Star Trek was just a tv show...yeah right!

          Of course, the screen has probably been saying... "change IU's soon" for a a couple of months now. LOL
          Color is not 4 times harder... it's 65,000 times harder. They call it "TECH MODE" for a reason. I have manual's and firmware for ya, course... you are going to have to earn it.

              I had one like that the other day, it was a Brother. Quality issue repeating down the page ... and it has been saying "Replace Drum" for the last 6 months. Since the last time I told them it needed a drum. =^..^=
              If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
              1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
              2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
              3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
              4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
              5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

                          Hi all, i have managed to change all IU's, plus black dev unit. the machine has no error. i also change fusing unit.

                          The only problem i see is i can not enter power save mode from control panel, when i press the button, it told me "unable to enter power save mode"
