Konica Minolta 2300dl, replace yellow toner will not go away.

Hello all first post here, stumbled on this fourm looking for info on this problem.


Brand new ywllow cartridge, not refilled, and it says yellow toner is at 0% and will not go away. Im thinking it might just be a bad cartridge but dont want to have to buy one to find out. Is there anything anyone knows about this problem or should I just get one?
