BH751 w/ Hole Punch Issue

This machine will intermitely not hole punch the right number of holes, select 3 holes and you may get 2 towards the middle. It's a FS-524 w/ a PK-505 hole punch. I reloaded the MF and FIN firmware though not the PK firmware. When it starts doing this I reset both power sw's and it'll work ok for a few sets then start back. Any ideas, Thanks

Problem was with the Finisher Cont. Bd, replaced it and it's fixed.
