    Bizhub c452: when i should replace with new 2nd transfer roller

    Hi
    would like to ask when is the appropriate time to change 2nd transfer roller?
    my unit has almost 900k copies and I've only changed once, is it appropriate?
    what else should I change with this unit at the same time!

      The manual says 600K. None of my machines are that high yet. =^..^=
      If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

          I got 570k here; Probably to err on the side of caution.

          But I think it's also a good idea to change it when the Transfer belt is changed too.

              If you run alot of 11x17 or larger or legal even, i would change it early.

              you can clearly look at it and tell when its shot or close to being shot....


              starts of spongy for lack of a better word, and ends up hard and solid.

                  If CQ is good, let it be...I've had to replace them for z-folding into the fuser more than for CQ issues. Emujo
